How we work

A small studio, and how we run it.

    Close to the work

    There are eight of us, so everyone talks to clients and sees their work go live. Nothing gets lost between teams.

    Hybrid working

    We split the week between home and the studio in Harrogate, and plan it around the work.

    Proper time off

    The studio closes between Christmas and New Year, on top of your holiday. We get out together too: go-karting, crazy golf, cocktails.

  • Freelance specialistsWe sometimes bring in freelancers for photography, video, copywriting and development. Tell us what you do, and where we can see it.
  • A note on scamsWe never charge a fee to apply. Genuine messages from us only ever come from an @adigi.co.uk email address.
