Part-Time, 3 Days/Week

Studio Manager / Producer

We’re looking for a highly organised, process-driven Studio Manager (or Producer) to join our team and help us run a tighter, smoother, and more productive studio. You’ll take ownership of internal scheduling, sprint planning, and project tracking — helping us stay on top of both retained work and live projects. This role is vital to ensuring our small but talented team is always focused on the right priorities, clients are kept informed, and deadlines don’t drift.

• Maintain a weekly studio schedule across all team members
• Balance retainers, new projects, and internal tasks based on available hours
• Monitor time tracking to flag under/over-utilisation
• Work with PMs and directors to assign work into realistic sprints

• Run Monday planning sessions and create 2-week sprint boards
• Track task progress mid-sprint and follow up on stuck items
• Ensure every ticket has clear ownership, time estimate, and status
• Coordinate task rollovers and reprioritise work as needed

• Keep Monday boards clear, structured and easy to follow
• Triage support tickets and ensure they’re properly prioritised
• Support smooth handoffs between design and dev
• Flag inconsistencies or duplication in briefs or deliverables

• Track project milestones and progress against key dates
• Chase missing briefs or feedback internally or from clients (where appropriate)
• Support PM and account managers in preparing status updates or client check-ins
• Ensure team is prepped ahead of major launches or sprint transitions
