Eville & Jones is the UK’s largest provider of public health veterinary services, and we pride ourselves on meeting the needs of every individual customer.
We were appointed to work on their entire proposition, including new branding, website design, website development, photography and email marketing design.
As leaders in the industry, Eville & Jones has grown in the last 30 years to become the largest independent provider of veterinary controls in Europe. Their UK wide team of over 900 professionals work with the government to safeguard animal welfare. They’re also the country’s largest provider of Export Health Certification services to the private sector.
With a notable reputation and heritage, we wanted to modernise the brand whilst still creating a connection to the history of the business. As the leading and most recognisable brand asset, we worked to ensure that the logo was strong, balanced and worked in multiple layouts to suit various channels. We designed the logo with the view that it can be used in isolation as an established, singular brand mark, as well as in a stacked and linear format.
From the new brand identity, including typography and colour palette, we then worked with Eville & Jones to create a new sitemap for the website. Importance needed to be placed on the story and history of the company, the services they provide, and the team culture, training and career opportunities available.
Throughout a user’s journey across the site, we integrated brand touch points, supported the team with creative direction, managed and produced two photoshoots; one for their internal team, and one on site to convey their services.
We worked to create smooth transitions throughout the UX / UI development process as well as designed and built a new branded master template in our Klaviyo email marketing studio so that Eville & Jones could ensure all their communications were consistent and on brand.
