Morgan Clare is Yorkshire’s premier designer retailer with a spacious, airy and relaxing two storey store at the centre of Harrogate designer Montpellier Quarter and an online store that ships worldwide.
Voted by Vogue as one of Britain’s best boutiques with over 50 premium labels from Stella McCartnery to J Brand jeans, Morgan Clare love inspiring and engaging with customers, whether in store or online. They’ve developed a national and international following and reputation through their special boutique experience. We were delighted to be appointed to work with the team on their new project.
With a notable following and reputation, we wanted to create a classic, modern and sleek brand logo that would represent the brand, align with the premium designer labels they carry, engage with their customers and transcend across all of their channels, from the website to in store merchandise to social media.
We worked on the entire proposition for Morgan Clare, from their new branding, to the website design, ecommerce website development, email marketing, photography direction and CRM integration. Throughout the website design and development, we worked with Morgan Clare to help define their sitemap and product filters to ensure that users could find labels and products of interest in minimal clicks and ultimately create a positive, engaging shopping user experience. Throughout a user’s journey across the site, we integrated brand touch points, supported the team with product photography direction and created areas across the site where they could maximise in showing lifestyle shots related to product categories.
We worked to create smooth transitions throughout the UX / UI development process as well as designed and built a new branded master template in our Klaviyo email marketing studio. To support conversion and engagement we worked with Morgan Clare to set up an initial set of automated email flows to enhance the overall brand experience. With Klaviyo and through their CRM integration, this also enables Morgan Clare to select key designer labels and products that may be of interest and encourage conversion through their email marketing.
