Case Study

Lime Tree Hotel

Based in beautiful Belgravia, London, the Lime Tree Hotel can be found in a beautiful Grade II- listed building, almost two centuries old. If you’re thinking of going to the idealised London you see in movies, this is it. Walk amongst upmarket boutiques, stop at independent coffee shops before meandering a short way to visit Buckingham Palace.

The Brief

Somewhere A Little Different To Stay

The website needed to reflect the hotel; providing something a little quirky whilst keeping in mind that ultimately, the website needs to convert users into bookings. Working on their branding, photography, online positioning, website design and build, this has been a really fun project for us and we’re so happy with the outcome.

The Goal

Classic On The Outside,
Cosy On The Inside

The target audience for the Lime Tree is vast because they have visitors from all over the world. Obviously, the goal of the website is to retain these visitors whilst reaching new audiences both domestic and abroad to keep users returning and increase new bookings. The new website reflects who the Lime Tree are, what the user can expect to find when they stay there and why they’re different. Showing their personality and beautiful hotel will ultimately lead to convert users into bookings – after all, who wouldn’t want to stay at the Lime Tree!

Feedback

A Great Experience

We chose Adigi as our digital partner based on the quality of their portfolio and their professional approach during the tender stage. We were not disappointed. We had a great experience working with them on our new website and found them to be totally focused and committed to delivering an exceptional project. They had all the right technical and design expertise available whenever we needed it and their team was always on hand to work collaboratively to steer the project in the right direction.”
