Designed To Last A Lifetime

We’ve worked with the team at Brown & Newirth®  for the last 10 years, from the previous iteration of their website, to our latest project with them years later to design and develop their new website. Designed to last a lifetime just like the memories it represents, every piece of Brown & Newirth® jewellery is lovingly handcrafted to order using the finest, responsibly sourced materials.

the brief

Design & Development

As part of the project, Brown & Newirth® seeked to implement a brand refresh and evolution across their online channels. We worked with them to breathe new life into the website through the implementation of their updated brand guide, including updated colour palette and typography into our website design process. Through the development stage, we worked with, and integrated their third party insurance providers framework.

We split the Brown & Newirth® customer base into retailer and consumer, which required fundamental changes to the product structure and adapted their NAV data feed to accommodate both. This enabled an independent product feed into the separate website catered for their retailers to access all product information. We worked closely with the team on their unique concierge service where consumers have the ability to order up to three product samples to try before they buy. From implementing different user pathways based on product selections, to triggering different email automation flows, we worked to deliver an improved browsing experience and user journey.

Lasting Memories

As part of the updated brand identity, Brown & Newirth® approached us to support them with conducting multiple photoshoots, from product only dedicated shoots to on location, lifestyle shoots. We delivered the entire production from creative direction, moodboard, styling, shot list creation, model casting, venue and studio scouting, photoshoot management and production.

We couldn’t be happier!

Just a personal note from me to say Thank you for helping us get over the line for this weekend. I know it’s not been the easiest of projects but we are super proud of how it all looks and I’m grateful for all the commitment to delivering what we set out for!
