Introduced by our agency partner, We Are Boutique, we worked with Best Heating specifically on integrating Klaviyo into their website and implementing an effective email marketing strategy. Our scope of work included reviewing audience segmentation, setting up email automation flows that would strategically target users at different points in their journey. For example, targeting users during both browser abandonment and cart abandonment, as well as incentivising users so that they remain engaged. Focus was placed on increasing conversion, engagement, retaining existing users, advocacy, addressing dormant users and active users. This was through a variety of means from automated email flows, trigger points, trade campaigns and purchaser specific campaigns.

With Klaviyo’s superior analytics and data reporting tool, we were able to monitor the positive impact of this email marketing project. Just within a sample period saw conversion rate increase to +10%, email open rate of +69%, click rate at +7% and placed order rate at +3.5%.
With real-time performance data in reporting, implementing email automation that are triggered by set user behaviours enabled us to help optimise Beat Heating’s email marketing strategy, enhance their workflow and enable them top create more tailored, precise segmentation and messaging to communication more effectively with their audiences.
