As we wrote case-studies for our website, we couldn’t help but notice we’ve been getting quite the portfolio for well-known food and drink companies; Angram, Percol Coffee, Vale of Mowbray and Wensleydale Cheese. We’re proud to be a Yorkshire business, and love working with some of the biggest brands in Yorkshire, as well as expanding further afield and connecting with brands in London! The food and drink industry is one that we find particularly engaging; there is so much potential for creativity within it, the ideas for campaigns are endless, and we are always excited for new projects to sink our teeth into!

Angram

Angram are one of the leading designers and manufacturers of beer dispense equipment in the UK and Europe. Based in Yorkshire, for the last 40 years, they have been considered the hallmark for quality products and service within the beer dispense industry!

As Angram have continued to grow, the need to bring both the brand and website inline with their cutting edge design work became evident. The brief was to engage and capitalise on their very diverse range of customers. Appealing to craft breweries, large breweries, pub groups and small independent bar owners throughout the UK and Europe.

Following the launch of the new website, Angram have seen a huge increase in traffic, and we are excited to continue to track the progression of the website going forward. There has also been an increase in enquiries, resulting in a rise in sales through the ecommerce platform, which is predicted to steadily increase. In the future, email marketing campaigns are to be high priority in the marketing strategy for the business, together with Angram we look forward to producing these, as well as continuing to boost their social media presence to spread brand awareness.

Vale of Mowbray

Vale of Mowbray are a well established Yorkshire- based pork pie maker, found in 1928, they have been baking these delicious pies ever since! Selling over two million pies, they’re a well loved, well known brand within Yorkshire, and we were very excited to work with the brand to further boost awareness and sales from those further afield who weren’t aware of what they were missing!

We created a scrolling website with interactive aspects, such as the revolving timeline of the business- with over two decades of business we had to fit it all in somehow! Setting up and managing two social media channels, Twitter and Facebook, is an important part of the ongoing growth of their brand, along with email marketing, it allows the promotion of their brand values, product ranges and key messages, which adigi manage on the Vale of Mowbray’s behalf.

Another area of their digital campaign became the blogger outreach programme, where we researched who would be a suitable blogger to test and review the products, creating engagement on websites other than their own, and reaching different audiences with authentic reviews.

Wensleydale Cheese

Based in Yorkshire, Wensleydale Cheese is perhaps one of the most recognised brand names within the UK. We have been lucky enough to have worked with them since 2013, helping to boost online sales, establish a better online presence and increase online marketing activities.

We created a new, responsive blog, which sits alongside their website. This allows them to engage with their audience and drive brand awareness further than they were able to previously as they share new ideas of how to use their products; recipes, events they’re attending, awards they’ve won etc.

adigi identified problems with the existing website checkout and offline ordering facilities. We redesigned these areas to make the order process more user-friendly and intuitive, as well as overhauling the offline checkout to ensure staff could process phone sales easier.

Email marketing is now a huge part of Wensleydale’s marketing strategy. We introduced them to our email marketing suite, Launchpad and integrated this with their existing data capture facilities and website to provide better segmentation of customer data.

Together, these strategies saw a 200% increase in sales in 2014, and a 250% increase in 2015. Online presence and brand-engagement has been enhanced with better visibility of news, events and promotions using their online blog.
