As The Boar’s Head is within the Ripley Castle Estate, the team wished to ensure that the colour palette and branding was aligned with the Ripley Castle’s website whilst still displaying its own identity and character. Our key deliverables included designing and building a new website that effectively communicated the Coaching Inn’s history, their accommodation and dining features. With the aim of creating a more image-led and engaging experience for the user, we utilised an image carousel as soon as a user lands on the website as well as ensuring that there was optimal space throughout for the Boar’s Head to add multiple images from the photoshoot they conducted in line with the new website build. We also streamlined the navigational journey and created more distinction between the four key accommodation areas.
