Powered by technology, their multi-functional system is a true business support tool that can seamlessly integrate with existing systems. It helps compare quotes and service options, book in collections, print labels, monitor tracking progress and more. With a broad and diverse customer base, their customers range from Ecommerce – Amazon and eBay sellers to manufacturing, print, automotive, hospitality, textiles and building supplies.
The new branding concept included logo, logo identity across multiple channels, typography and colour palette. The team wanted to still reference and nod to their original logo, but with a new fresh and modern approach. We wanted to create a bold, engaging brand identity that represented their mission, values and services as a true logistics partner for their customers.
Throughout the website design and development process, we worked with Oyster Logistics to help define their sitemap, support creative direction and outline their key services. We looked to add brand touchpoints, create clear call-to-actions for users across the site and create a clear user journey and provide users with a positive, engaging experience.
