The brief
Every pub its own character.
Cubitt House runs a family of neighbourhood pubs across London. Each needed its own personality online, while still feeling like part of the family.

“The team at Adigi are an absolute pleasure to work with… they certainly do know the hospitality industry and add great value to our business as we grow.”
What we did
What made the difference.
01The group, front and centre
The Cubitt House name leads the homepage, so every pub benefits from the group’s reputation.
02Food and drink first
Big, honest food photography does the selling, as it should for a pub.
03The warmth of a proper pub
Low light, a cold pint and proper food, so the website feels like walking in.
04A look for every pub
Each pub has its own name, colours and pages, from The Princess Royal to The Barley Mow.
What changed
More people starting to book.
Booking journeys started rose by 15% year on year, and clicks to book for groups and parties nearly tripled. We’ve since carried out large redesigns and updates across the site.

“Cubitt House have eight very different pubs and one busy team. Keeping every venue on track, and making sure each one still felt like itself, was the best part of my job.”
