Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, however they browse. That includes people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, zoom or magnification, voice control, or a setting that reduces movement on screen.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the international standard for accessible websites, and it’s the standard we build our clients’ websites to. If a client needs to go further, we can build to the stricter AAA level as well.
This website partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. The problems we know about are listed below, with what we’re doing about each one.
What you can do on this website
Use it with a keyboard
You can reach every link, button and form with the Tab key, and use them with Enter or Space. A “Skip to content” link appears with your first press of Tab, so you can go straight past the menu. On a phone or a narrow window, the menu opens and closes with the keyboard, and the Escape key closes it. On narrower screens, the sideways row of projects on Our work scrolls with the arrow keys.
Zoom in
You can zoom to 400% and the pages rearrange to fit, without anything being cut off or needing to scroll sideways.
Reduce movement
If you’ve switched on “reduce motion” on your device, the slideshows stop changing, the moving rows of logos and team photos stand still, films don’t start on their own, and the page scrolls normally instead of gliding. Every slideshow, moving row and film also has its own pause button.
Watch our films
Our films start without sound. You can turn the sound on, restart, pause and play them with a mouse, touch or keyboard. Every control is labelled, and changes such as “Paused” are announced to screen readers.
Read every image
Every photograph that matters has a written description, so screen reader users hear what’s in it. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers so they don’t get in the way.
Fill in our forms easily
Every form field has a label, and your browser can fill in your name, email and phone number for you. If you miss a required field, the form takes you back to it and tells you what’s needed.
Choose your cookies
Our cookie banner gives “Reject all” and “Accept all” the same size and the same weight. You can choose cookies one by one with a keyboard, and change your mind any time.
Know where a link goes
Links say where they lead. Any link that opens in a new tab tells you so first.
How we tested this website
We tested the website on 15 October 2026, before it launched, and again on 22 October 2026 after making fixes. We used:
- an automated accessibility checker (axe) on every main type of page, at desktop and phone sizes
- hands-on checks with only a keyboard, at different zoom levels, with “reduce motion” switched on, and with text spacing increased
- contrast measurements, including text that sits over photographs
We test again whenever we make a significant change to the website.
Known problems
These are the problems we know about. We’re fixing them, and we’ll update this page when each one is done.
1. Our NaughtOne film doesn’t have captions yet
The film of Dan Jeffrey from NaughtOne has speech but no captions. We’re adding them.
2. Some text over photographs could be clearer
Short pieces of text that sit over photographs, such as the introduction on the homepage, may be harder to read when a lighter photo is showing. We’re adding a darker shade behind that text.
3. The drop-down menus are hard to find with a keyboard
On a computer, the large drop-down menus under “What we do”, “Who we work with” and the other menu items open when you hover over them. With a keyboard they only open with the Down arrow key, and screen readers aren’t yet told they’re there. Every page in those menus can also be reached from the main section pages, so nothing is out of reach. We’re making the menus easier to open and announce.
Content we don’t control
Some parts of this website come from other companies, and we can’t always make them fully accessible ourselves. For example:
- links to other websites, including our clients’ websites and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude
- maps that open on Google Maps
Tell us about a problem

We aim to reply within 2 working days.
