The brief
Furniture with a story, in a shop that tells it.
Merchant & Found source vintage furniture and lighting with heritage and provenance, for homes, hotels and restaurants. They needed a refreshed brand, and a shop that connected to their CRM and email.
What we did
What made the difference.
01A brand with the ampersand at its heart
A new logo, typeface and colours, flexible enough for vans, events and the website.
02Every piece, easy to find
A clearer menu and categories, so the right piece is a few clicks away.
03Stock that’s always right
The shop connects to their CRM, so stock and orders stay in step.
04Email that brings people back
A branded email template, and their email moved to Klaviyo.
What changed
Bigger orders, and twice the US sales.
Online revenue rose by 29% year on year, driven by bigger orders: the average order is up 78%, and sales to the US doubled.

“Merchant & Found’s shop connects to several systems and serves customers around the world. We made those connections work quietly in the background, so a buyer in the US gets the same smooth experience as one in the UK.”
