The project

  • Since 1967

    Handcrafting jewellery to order

  • 10 years

    Working together

  • 2 websites

Retailers and consumers, from one product feed

The brief

Designed to last a lifetime.

Brown & Newirth have handcrafted jewellery to order since 1967, and we’ve worked with them for ten years. Their new website split retailers from consumers, without splitting the brand.

What we did

What made the difference.

  1. Brown & Newirth website pages laid out at an angle
    01

    Two audiences, two websites

Separate sites for retailers and consumers, from one product feed.

  2. Fine gold necklaces, a bracelet and rings on pale stone
    02

    Try before you buy

A concierge service lets customers order up to three samples.

  3. Two diamond rings on white marble

Product and lifestyle shoots, from moodboard to final edit.

  4. A couple dressed in white, her hand on his arm showing her ring

    An updated brand, online

New colours and type, carried through every page.

What changed

The right website for every customer.

Retailers and consumers each get a website built for how they buy.

“One large data set had to serve shoppers and retailers alike. For retailers we built a custom app around how they actually buy, from first look to confirmed order.”
