We are beyond excited to announce that David Whittle is officially joining Adigi as a Non-Executive Director, stepping into the role of Brand Specialist.

If you’ve been following our journey recently, this might not come as a total surprise. David has been working closely with us as a consultant for a little while, but making it official and bringing him into the senior team feels like a massive milestone for where we’re headed.

“Bringing in David to join the team was something we have been looking to do for a while since he started working as a consultant with us. We are excited he is joining the senior team to help shape the brand offering for both ourselves and our clients. His years in the agency world and branding will help us grow our offering and expertise.”Dan Martin, Managing Director

A Heavyweight in the Branding World

To say David knows the agency world inside out would be an understatement. He originally co-founded Chilli—one of the region’s standout brand design agencies—and spent 28 years at the helm as joint Managing Director. Following a successful merger with the global agency IMA, he continued to lead as Managing Director, steering high-profile projects across the UK and internationally.

Over his career, he’s built a wealth of expertise across the food, drink, hospitality, and retail sectors, collaborating with some of the most iconic, household-name brands as well as ambitious, fast-growing startups.

David is also a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI). On top of that, he’s deeply rooted in the regional food scene as Chair of Deliciously Yorkshire, the regional food group for Yorkshire and the Humber.

What This Means for Adigi (and You)

Having David on board as a Non-Exec Director means our clients get direct access to decades of high-level brand strategy and agency leadership. He’s here to help sharpen our strategic brand offering, guide our growth, and ensure we’re delivering world-class brand solutions.

We couldn’t be happier to officially welcome him to the family!
