Based in Wetherby, Kendall’s Jewellers is a luxury jewellery shop that was looking to build a presence online and launch an ecommerce store. With luxe diamonds and branded watches, the website needed to reflect their brand. We therefore designed and built them a website with user experience front of mind. If they can’t go to the jewellers, we want you to have just as good experience to buy their pieces online.
The website caters for all audiences; the wedding and engagement market, dress jewellery and men and women’s watches. We let the imagery do the talking, creating a neutral site design coordinated with the branding. As with all our e-commerce websites, the checkout is streamlined and user navigation is simple and easy to use.
After launch we'll be working with Kendall's on their digital marketing including email marketing, social media, branded on and offline material and onsite blogging. The channels might seem to run alone but we ensure the dots are connected; channels complement each other with a clear voice and brand message. Ultimately, each campaign needs to have it's purpose and place within the strategy. For example, a new jewellery piece launched will get a website banner, social media post promoting back to the website, a branded email campaign and any in store branded content necessary. A seamless strategy is integral to success in the online store and gaining an increased footfall into the store.
